Subject: Mel Blanc, without an accent
An animated Army infantryman gets three wishes from a gruff cigar-toting male fairy and decides to sample life in the other three services. Blanc does the soldier in this cartoon in a voice that can only be described as half-Bugs, half-Fudd.
